The Public and Private Sector Collaboration Award
This category seeks to recognise how the stakeholders, across public and private sector teams, work together to ensure the project runs efficiently and effectively. The judges will be looking for examples of the processes in place to manage relationships and aid communication to overcome any potential areas of conflict. Entrants will also be asked to outline the benefits have been gained by adopting a collaborative approach including end user experience/outcomes.
Expiry Process of the Year
This category seeks to recognise outstanding examples of a collaborative and well-executed expiry process. Judges will be looking for examples of how contract interpretation was aligned, what processes were agreed upon to bolster and improve the process, how challenges were overcome (such as surveys, gaps in data) and how the lasting legacy of the project was considered. This category is recognising the process rather than the actual handback as such so the project doesn’t need to have expired.
